We are delighted to invite you to the INTERACT 2025 social dinner, an exclusive event at the unique Paladino restaurant in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Situated amidst a tropical landscape, this is a special opportunity to immerse yourself in Brazil’s natural beauty. For this occasion, the entire restaurant and a green area of 30,000 m2 will be booked exclusively for our conference participants, providing a private and memorable experience surrounded by nature, delicious food, and great company.

The Paladino restaurant is not just a place to eat, but a destination. As you enter, you will be greeted by the stunning scenery of the gardens, with the architecture blending seamlessly into the environment. The venue offers a truly Brazilian experience, combining rustic charm with sophisticated design. The open-air spaces and greenery provide a refreshing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of engaging conference sessions. This event is a chance to experience a true taste of local culture and hospitality.

A rustic wooden sign for 'Paladino Restaurante Fazenda' hangs above a metal gate, with lush green foliage and a red building visible in the background.

The culinary experience at Paladino is as impressive as its surroundings. You’ll be treated to a magnificent buffet of traditional Brazilian flavors and fresh ingredients, all prepared with an authentic touch. The dining area itself is a spacious, open hall with high wooden ceilings and large windows, allowing you to enjoy the natural light and views while you dine. We have curated a dinner that celebrates the best of local cuisine, ensuring a delightful gastronomic journey for all.
