Anonymity
The review process requires the anonymity of authors and reviewers.
Papers should not have any indication of who the authors are in the text or the metadata for the file.
This police has been removed because we found out at a later time that authors metadata on PDFs are not 100% accurate to disclose the identity of authors.
- Please remove names and affiliations from the opening header and remove any indication of your affiliation or location in the text (e.g. names of laboratories where studies were conducted).
- Avoid obvious identifying statements in the paper.
- Citations to your own relevant work should not be anonymous, but rather should be done without identifying yourself as the author. For example, say “Prior work by [authors]” instead of “In our prior work.” Make sure that you are also not identified in the metadata of the file.
Papers which are not anonymized may not be accepted.
